Embracing Mid-Life
as a Growth Spurt (MLGS)
A Jen-till-Human Spring Group Coaching Program

Group Program Runs:  March 19 to May 7, 2024

Registration Closes March 17, 2024

Why a MLGS Group Coaching may be right for you?

Spring is nearly upon us, with the Equinox coming on March 19th.  Spring is the beginning of the season cycle according to the Five Elements Wisdom.  It is a time of both birth and new beginnings.

Spring contains the energy of the Wood element, and its energy brings forth new growth, an emerging life force found within all living things, a life force energy that pushes the new grass upward through the earth, a mysterious energy that stretches new branches from the center stalk.  Like the plant collecting nourishment from the sun above and the soil below, we too must nourish ourselves from above and below, connecting to our Higher Self (universe, god, mystery of life) with a curious and open heart and fortifying our foundation (our values, strengths, earned wisdom over our lifetime) with nutrients that will prepare our life to take on our next shape.

What is your Soul requesting of you?

What is waiting to emerge?

How will this season be the start and continuation of your life growth spurt?

How will you be inspired and supported by others who share your mission?

Experience the alchemy and healing power of a small group that shares your intention and commitment to invest in this journey. This MLGS group coaching program is a 5-workshop journey that blends the power of 1:1 life coaching with group collaboration and coaching.

If you are ready to join a safe, tight-knit community of fellow mid-life growth spurters, ready to explore deep inner work, make new friends, and cultivate new intentional habits and practices, then this is the garden for you.
