Coaching is not about solving problems, although problems will be solved.  It is not solely about improving performance, attaining goals, or achieving results, although all of that will certainly happen over time in the safe container of a coaching relationship.  The core of coaching is about discovery, awareness, and choice.  Coaching effectively empowers people to find their answers while encouraging and supporting them along their path as they continue to make choices that shape their lives.

both on-and-off the bike.

Custom group workshops are a unique opportunity for teams to come together, learn, and collaborate on specific skills and strategies tailored to their goals and challenges, fostering growth and cohesion.
