JentillHuman is excited to welcome Beth, a dear friend, soul sister, holistic mindfulness coach, and teacher, to join our next Gathering.
A little bit about Beth: She is a mother to a fabulous 11-year-old daughter and a sweet Doodle doggie, traveler, baker, yogi, and meditator. She is a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher and she weaves mindful living into her coaching sessions and small group workshops.
